One short sentence describing the conversation.
View all episodesWhen I turned 50, I realized the definition of strength I had been carrying for most of my life no longer fit. It was not about pushing harder or proving more. It became about showing up with honesty, even on the days I did not feel strong.
That is such a powerful shift. What helped you start seeing strength in a new way?
It started with letting go of comparison. I stopped measuring my life against others and began focusing on what mattered to me - my health, my relationships, and my purpose.
What is one habit or mindset that made the biggest difference?
Self-compassion. Giving myself permission to be human, to rest, to begin again. That is where real strength lives.
